Shopping for clothes that fit her better, Kiera ends up one of few customers at a department store having a big sale. But has this department store been targeted by a truly chaotic terrorist group with a penchant for the perverse?<\/p>\n

When a strangely quiet man enters and puts up a large HALF OFF! banner, interest turns to obsession turns to compulsion for all who focus on it and Kiera may have a lot more to worry about than being a bit too busty for her clothing.<\/p>\n

Kiera’s always been very responsible and incredibly self-sufficient. It’s why she always has a friendly smile and always knows just what to do with her days. So when she finds herself at a nearly empty department store one morning just months before heading off to college, she knows exactly why she is there.<\/p>\n

A big sale is happening, prices marked down store wide, but it certainly hasn’t drawn in the crowds, she thinks, and Kiera is actually not bothered at all by that. She’s there to find some clothes that fit properly, or at least that fit with decency.<\/p>\n

In recent months and years, Kiera has filled out, not that she can’t wear what she is wearing to shop in, just that she knows that most of what she owns is too snug around the chest. So responsible and goal oriented as ever, Kiera is shopping for some fashionably fitting bargains, never knowing that this store has been targeted for an act of terrorism by a group with a very particular skill set.<\/p>\n

There’s something off right away about the man with the ladder going to set up a large HALF OFF! banner, Kiera thinks, but it isn’t until that banner is hanging that she finds herself positive of the fact. Something is wrong, but is something wrong with her? The words, the banner, the vague nature of what it says, the exclamation point… all are details she finds herself strangely captivated by, until the urge becomes too much, the urge to take… HALF OFF!<\/p>\n

Will Kiera be the one stripping HALF OFF!, and not of the prices? Will she meet some very friendly fellow shoppers who take HALF OFF! themselves? And just who is behind this perverse public attack that leaves behind a wake of carnal chaos?<\/p>\n
