{"id":47162,"date":"2025-02-11T19:19:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-12T01:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.talesfromthekreme.com\/tales\/?p=47162"},"modified":"2025-02-11T19:19:00","modified_gmt":"2025-02-12T01:19:00","slug":"change-in-publishing-posts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.talesfromthekreme.com\/tales\/2025\/02\/11\/change-in-publishing-posts\/","title":{"rendered":"Change in publishing posts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I am making this note so that Readers are aware that as of the beginning of February 2025 I have been moved from Smashwords as being a punlisher of my books to Draft2Digital.<\/p>\n<p>What this seems to mean is that there will a delay in a book being published of about a day, which is what Amazon takes when I do so.<\/p>\n<p>Because of this, my announcement posts will likely be a little behind of the books appearing on Smashwords and Amazon.<\/p>\n<p>On the upside, it appears that my books will be appearing on Barnes and Noble, the Apple Book store and the Kobo store.<\/p>\n<p>I expect that this will take a little time to get sorted, and some of the books might look odd until I get used to the new publisher.<\/p>\n<p>If there are any issues with the books, please let me know, I want to know how to make them better for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>Best to all<\/p>\n<p>Kris<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am making this note so that Readers are aware that as of the beginning of February 2025 I have been moved from Smashwords as being a punlisher of my books to Draft2Digital.
