As Shawn arrives, a supposedly professional trainer ready to help Hayden with her stretching and fitness goals before college cheerleading tryouts in the summer, will he prove those fears true?<\/p>\n

With her parents down the hall unaware, Hayden soon has her own concerns over the stretching techniques Shawn explains… and yet she may be unable to avoid going right along with every last one of them, techniques Shawn learned from a Dude he knew back in the day.<\/p>\n

And for the moment he’s grumbling entirely because of the personal trainer his wife Elaine hired to come and help Hayden get into shape before some cheerleading tryouts over the upcoming summer.<\/p>\n

Tony just doesn’t trust some guy to come into their home and use their personal gym to train his daughter. As he puts it, the guy will just be touching her and things happen… always imagining the worst-case scenario. <\/p>\n

But Elaine is positive her husband is just being his overthinking self, that Hayden couldn’t possibly be safer than in their home gym right down the hall with a professional trainer who upon arriving certainly seems absolutely polite and respectful.<\/p>\n

But as Hayden goes into the nicely equipped gym with the personal trainer, Shawn, she is about to be put through some paces a nineteen year old girl never expected to experience no matter how intense the workout.<\/p>\n

That’s because Shawn has a focus on stretching, and believes Hayden can be stretched just right to get her into exactly the shape a college cheerleader needs to be in. But Shawn’s stretching techniques are highly unusual… and increasingly invasive, as he rather effortlessly has Hayden doing stretches she didn’t know possible, and introducing her to the one piece of equipment not in the gym… the one he brought with him in his shorts.<\/p>\n

Will Hayden get quite literally stretched into an entirely new shape? Will Tony’s fears be proven correct for once?
