The world is in chaos, facing a terrorist group known simply as S.M.U.T. whose perverse criminal acts know no limits. S.M.U.T. is seemingly chaotic in their goals, spreading depravity into normal everyday citizens through mind manipulation. Driven into uncontrollable acts of lust and ever-increasing public indecency, these innocents need a protector and someone to wage war against the growing underground criminal organization that strikes without warning and with no apparent pattern.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Rick Reynolds, leader of the World Independent Mental Protection agency, is destined to be that protector, or is he? His organization has been fighting S.M.U.T. since they first appeared just a few years ago but something more is beyond the chaos, something that will take Rick Reynolds on a new path in life, and that path begins with an outsider brought in to help sway the battle in the good guys’ favor. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Known simply as The Man, this mystery figure possesses unique mental abilities, talents he can use to stop S.M.U.T. in their tracks. However The Man is more than he may seem and his own destiny has been intertwined with both good and evil for more than thirty years, a destiny that wraps together Rick Reynolds and S.MU.T. in one chaotic climax that is sure to strike deep. They say lightning never strikes twice but what happens when the lightning comes not from the sky but within the mind of one powerful man creating his own destiny to put right what has gone horribly wrong?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
