Empire City has a criminal element like any ordinary city, but the criminals are anything but ordinary. In extraordinary circumstances it takes one extraordinary crime fighter to bring those criminals in and fortunately Empire City has a protector in the sensual form of Darkira, vigilante vixen of the night.
Fighting crime in her own heroic masked way, Darkira has put dozens of the most vile and perverse men where they can no longer rain their criminal intentions on an unsuspecting populace. The Striker Institute for the Criminally Insane is where only the worst of the worst are held. They may be called patients but these are prisoners, locked away in a concrete fortress with no windows and no escape. Doctor Deprave is only the latest in the line of criminals Darkira has taken down.
Deprave is a man of unknown history, purely recognized by virtue of his crimes. He controls people, women mostly, and enjoys having those women act as corrupt and impure as possible, believing the entire time that they have always been the way they are. It’s mind manipulation at the basest desires and Deprave had proven unstoppable until a rather quick apprehension by Darkira.
However the story doesn’t end with capture, not for a mind as twisted as Doctor Deprave. He sets about a controlling scheme of revenge that will have Darkira herself helping to rehabilitate the very criminal element she helped capture, her methods of rehabilitation proving to be of a thoroughly stimulating manner.
