College coed Kimberly has always had the often unenviable reputation as a perpetually helpful girl. As a child she was teased and called Kiss-up Kimberly, a name which she still sometimes hears from her older sister or younger brother at home. But Kimberly doesn’t mind, as she doesn’t mind much of anything life throws at her. But on a day like any other with a long drive back home and some stops along the way, will Kimberly be thrown for such a loop in her helpful ways that things get downright Knotty?

It’s the day of Kimberly’s younger brother, Eric’s eighteenth birthday, and her mother Sheila has of course asked Kimberly to help by picking up a custom cake at the fancy bakery in the local mall. But for that to happen, Kimberly is going to have to make it off campus, take a long drive, and stop at the mall before finally arriving home where her mother and older sister Joanne will be waiting. Naturally, that means plenty of opportunities for Kimberly to be her happy helpful self along the way.

It’s as she is heading to her car on campus though, that her tendency to be so willing to lend a hand gets her unknowingly tied up in an age-old curse, one she may never even fully realize she has.

Professor Virgil Winston, Anthropology and Antiquities, needs some help… and it certainly seems simple enough to a helpful girl like Kimberly.

He is putting items from a campus museum exhibit back into storage and forgot some important papers he needs to run back and get. All he needs from Kimberly is for to her to watch over what looks like a very old pile of knotted thick rope laying near a campus outbuilding, make sure no one comes along, thinks it is trash, and tries to take it away. As he puts it, the old rope is a historic artifact of myth and legend.

Briefly falling into his lecturing style, Professor Winston explains that the old rope is known as the Knotty bindings of Innocence, originally used on the ship of a notorious pirate in the south seas. He and his men plundered vessels across the globe, using this very rope to bind their innocent victims they stole from.

He even says there are legends and stories about this very rope, the threads and fibers of it releasing the most mind-maddening wishes and dreams of those long-ago driven mad innocent victims. Superstition as he calls it, just something meant to scare people, though supposedly only really dangerous for those pure in spirit.

Fascinated by the history of the old rope, Kimberly happily stays with it as the professor runs back to retrieve his papers. She even takes a seat on the large pile of knotted old ropes, but as she does, sweet helpful Kimberly gets caught up in a strange thought.

Everyone, just like the old rope, is made up of carefully woven threads, every belief they have, every motive, and every passion locked into a rope of their own making. But when their lives, their own rope, became knotty and tangled like this old rope, what became of those motives, beliefs, and passions?

It’s a strangely unsettling thought she is shaken from as the professor returns. And happily smiling and leaving to continue her long journey home, Kimberly has no idea that her own pure genuine helpful nature has unleashed the storied curse of Knotty Behavior.

Each and every person she helps will find their own knotty threads holding in their every random thought, idle desire, and kinky impulses tangled and twisted, released into a mind and body-altering reality that spreads like the corrupting depravity of that curse.

From Professor Winston’s coed kinks, to campus cheerleaders she helps before leaving turning busty sluts for a nearby janitor, everyone Kimberly makes even the slightest contact with will find their lives turned into knotted tangled distortions of what they once were.

Stopping to help a man with a flat tire on the way home, assisting someone in the mall, even being her helpful friendly self at the bakery where Kimberly picks up the fancy cake for Eric… no one will be safe from suddenly desiring Knotty Behavior.

But in all her helpful unaware contact, will Kimberly ultimately help herself right into the same tangled twisted depravity? Will she ever realize just what curse she is dragging behind her like a heavy rope slapping into the lives of everyone else? And is there any limit to what Knotty Behavior can unleash?
