June has jumped through time, but is no closer to figuring out why she can’t jump back into the future she came from. This time though, she sees an opportunity to get all the answers she needs. Jumping back into early 2021, when everyone is social distancing and quarantining at home, she knows the story taking place centers around a writer and his young girlfriend named Amy.
Believing that writer to be HIM, the writer she has served and worked for, the one who sent her hurtling through time, June plans to get into the house and confront him. But is Jeff really Kris P. Kreme… or just a man living out what will become a milestone book? And has Jeff been expecting June’s arrival?
Over 10,000 Words of Kreme!
June O has spent what feels like forever jumping through time, ever since the explosion deep within the coolant chamber of a reality engine about a Plutonian Chaos Cube. But finally she feels like she is starting to figure it all out. HE is the one who caused all of this, and HE, as the writer she has seen spin twisted tales of Kremy chaos, is the one she needs to confront in order to stop all of this. But will she finally get her chance this time?
Stepping out of the iridescent ball of lightning which has swirled around her each jump through time, June finds herself on a desolate abandoned looking street, newspaper blowing along. But this isn’t some apocalyptic empty world… just a world in the midst of a global pandemic, everyone social distancing and avoiding all contact with others. From the date on the front of that newspaper, June sees that it is Friday, January 22, 2021, and looking around, she knows that somewhere nearby is a rental home… a home she believes HE himself is doing some writing thanks to the twisted tale 8 Dreams to Wake From.
June has figured out the latest pattern to her jumps through time… milestone books, and 8 Dreams to Wake From was how HE celebrated 800 Tales from the Kreme… a twisted tale about some writer quarantining alone with his hot younger girlfriend who becomes the subject of his writing, spinning tales to explore every possibly fantasy he might have for her. And that girl, Amy, believes each one only to be a dream she wakes from on some old tacky couch in their rental home.
Jeff, June thinks… if that’s really HIM, the man behind the stories, then it’s no wonder he used a pen name to add some flair to an otherwise boring identity. But then first, she needs to find and confront him… to get him to stop this endless journey of jumping through time.
And that may be easier said than done, as June is going to have to deal with pandemic fears and worries just to get past the front door. Finding the right house, she is hammering away at the door, trying to get Amy not to take her planned nap… a nap she will wake from again and again, twisted alternate realities and versions of Amy in each of them. But Amy isn’t opening the door, not for a woman dressed as June is she has never met before. And soon she is taking her nap on that old brown couch, assuming the pandemic craziness has everyone outside acting a little odd.
Can June figure out her way into the house to warn Amy? Will she confront Jeff, the writer spinning twisted little tales in an effort to have endless pandemic fun with his sexy young girlfriend? And will finally taking over his computer to do a little rewrite of her own get June the answers she desperately needs… or only leave her with more questions about her trip through time?
Find out as June O June continues and June’s journey gets that much closer to an epic conclusion!
Up next… June enters the unknown…
