On the side of a quiet road somewhere between the rolling hills of a suburban neighborhood and a downtown series of mostly empty retail buildings, a singularity forms… and out of that singularity steps June O, curvy redhead dressed this time in a too-tight red dress with bunny ears atop her head. But this time June isn’t hopping mad, she’s hopping along as the seeker in a twisted game through time. And she intends to win that game by finding HIM, the Kreme himself, the writer of her own destiny who is hiding somewhere within this time… June 3, 2009.
June’s outfit is a clue, she knows that much, a darker red dress, almost crimson, not the sexy crazy shade she might normally wear. But what original Tale from the Kreme took place in June of 2009 and featured crimson dresses?
Just as June is trying to figure it out, using brain as much as body, a flash of teenage blonde hair rushes out in a hurry from a nearby home, jumps into a car and nearly backs into her. And June recognizes that girl… Tina, from the original tale about a store going out of business and selling literally everything on the floor.
She was late to the store in the original story, and that is clearly why she is in such a hurry she nearly missed seeing a sexy tall redhead with bunny ears. But seeing Tina means June knows exactly the original tale she is in… and she has a suspicion she also knows where HE is, the one she is seeking. Though could he be secretly seeking her as well? In a twisted game through time, anything is possible, and June O decides she’s going to play this game to the extreme… by telling Tina in her similar though less overtly sexy crimson work dress that she is taking her place at work today, part of the final sale clearance promotional, bunny ears and all.
So with Tina heading back inside, June O is going to work, but work will be a pleasure, even if she is ultimately Screwed by the Economy.
Meanwhile the story is already starting, with Sarah, the beautiful girl in her twenties who is already at work, somber greetings to her boss Gary and stock guy Steve.
The economy of 2009 isn’t any better than the one June knows her own time might be experiencing, inflation, struggles for small businesses, and so a store called Curious Collectibles is having its final day… everything on the floor for sale, even shelving and fixtures. But is there going to be a mysterious man stopping by the store and buying lots of items… only to end up wondering if Sarah is for sale too since she is on the floor?
And where originally Sarah worked alongside teenage Tina, today she will have a surprise coworker in the form of a mature redhead named June O, and one way or another, one of them is ending up sold at the end of the day, quite literally screwed by the economy.
Yet who is the man shopping at Curious Collectibles? And will all the other shoppers who stop by get the June O bonus buy of a seriously kinky good time off the sales floor? Someone isn’t who they seem to be, a game of hide and seek through time, and June O has the most enjoyable ways of seeking to reveal who is the one she is looking for.
But in the end, will this kinky game come at a cost? Because early June of 2009 featured another very significant origin story, a twisted tale that would play into June O’s original story as well, and when it gets thrown off track, the game might be over.
