While John is out of town, he’s arranged a big surprise he is really hoping his surgery shy wife will go for as a special welcome home gift when he flies back into town. Unfortunately for John, big surprises can lead to big mistakes which create even bigger havoc for his sweet but fairly flat-chested wife Maria.
Sounding more than just excited,John is on the phone begging Maria to turn on the TV as a commercial airs, a commercial featuring the latest breakthrough in a no-side effect, no surgery, fully temporary breast enhancement procedure. It’s from a company known as Busting Out, and through a unique injection of a special saline solution can use plain water to instantly fill a woman’s breasts to nearly any size imaginable. Within just twenty-four hours the solution naturally drains within the body and the breasts return completely unaffected back to normal.
It’s the latest fad and gaining traction in medical practices across the country, as women can instantly size up for special occasions, look more than their best for any event, but never go under the knife. Using merely needles, with special tubes attached, there are no scars, are no side effects, and are no lasting consequences… and John has always been a breast man, nearly childlike in his pleading with Maria to try it out.
Since they live in a small town, John has even taken the liberty of already scheduling the procedure at a small clinic, the Covington Clinic. But Maria really does not want to do anything about her small chest. It takes some convincing to assure her that it is completely temporary, won’t affect her in any harmful way, and will be fun for the both of them. But when Maria ends the call, she has as usual given in to the latest of her overeager husband’s whims.
At the clinic, Dr. Covington also reassures her that while the procedure is new and they are having to use a back storage room to do it being such a small clinic, it is completely safe. He’s read and studied everything and nothing can go wrong. The saline solution is all natural, nothing could go wrong even in all the worst possible cases. But as the doctor and Maria as well as the nurse assisting with the procedure are about to learn, there is a first time for everything.
Leaning back for the procedure, Maria is unsure about everything, from the supposedly instant breast enhancement that is absolutely temporary, to the fact her husband already arranged for 3800cc’s of the special saline mix to be injected, making his dream of gallon sized breasts come true. It isn’t helping matters that the procedure is entirely new to the small-town clinic and being done in a back storage area where currently a bunch of canisters of preserved sperm for a nearby fertility clinic are being stored.
Yet everything does seem to go fine, the tiny pinch of needles inserted the only pain, the oddly pleasant stretching sensation of her skin as her breasts are filled with the water mixture and get rather noticeably large on her small frame. Only when the doctor comes in after she has her gallon of Busting Out treatment does the freakish mistake become obvious.
Maria has mistakenly just had a gallon of sperm injected into her breasts, and the doctor has no idea what potential dangers there may be to her sperm-plants.
