There’s tension on the set when Doc shows up to advise a small-time local access studio about a corporate take-over that promises new directions for their programming.
Doc is an advisor for a corporate entity called TNE Broadcasting… but who are they really and what are their plans for Lester’s small family studio and local-access programs like Fun in the Oven with Gabriella, a cooking show hosted by a pretty young woman with a knack for cooking up meals?
As Doc speaks with cameraman Tim, star Gabriella, and producer and manager of the studio Lester, can he convince them of small subtle changes that rather quickly turn up the heat on their small-time shows with big-time consequences?
It’s time to pause Reader’s Choice Month for a short konversation, and this month that konversation will be hitting the air all across the globe, streaming into homes everywhere as everyone’s favorite chatty Doc serves as an advisor to help ease the take-over of a small local access family studio with a young twenty-something star who hosts cooking shows.
Fun in the Oven with Gabriella is a fairly quaint cooking show hosted by Gabriella, who works her magic in the kitchen on set with camera man Tim, the producer and behind the scenes management done upstairs by Lester, who just happens to be her dad. But all of them are concerned after their studio and broadcast rights are bought out by a mysterious corporate entity looking to apparently take their small-time shows big-time to a more global audience.
Doc is the one sent to handle things, to spend a week in studio, make suggestions here or there as he watches, all to hopefully ease the process of taking shows like Fun in the Oven with Gabriella to a wider audience.
But as he talks with Gabriella, the young star, will little suggestions like calling her Gabi lead to bigger suggestions like changing the title of the show or having her wear more revealing outfits, leaning in, showing more to the camera? Can he convince Tim to encourage Gabi, get some good shots of those fresh heavy melons she offers her cooking audience at home? And how will he convince Lester not to pull the plug on all the changes, especially changes that have Gabi truly being the one every drools and salivates over seeing on a show called Bun in the Oven with Gabi?
Find out as Readers Choice Month focuses on production values… kinky values, and also discover just who this mysterious corporate entity is and why they have big plans for cooking star Gabi’s future.
Coming next… Readers want SINtendo…
